Your AI assistant will continue working — we will not cut off your service mid-month. However, we will notify you via email when you reach 80% of your limit. Excess usage is billed at RM 75 per 1M additional tokens at month-end, or you can purchase an Extra Tokens Pack add-on in advance.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your client dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and you will be pro-rated for the current month. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No setup fee is charged on upgrades.
All monthly plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Yearly plans require a 12-month commitment (paid upfront or monthly at the discounted rate). You may cancel your monthly plan with 30 days written notice. Yearly plans are non-refundable after the first 14 days.
