How do I reset my AI instance? β–Ό
You can restart your instance from the Overview dashboard. If the instance is offline, wait up to 5 minutes and refresh. If it remains offline, please submit a support ticket with priority set to High.
Why are my tokens running out faster than expected? β–Ό
Token usage depends on the complexity and length of your prompts and responses. Longer conversations, large documents, and frequent API calls consume more tokens. Review your Usage page to see daily consumption and identify heavy usage periods. Consider upgrading your plan if you consistently exceed limits.
How do I add a new integration (e.g., Telegram)? β–Ό
Go to the Integrations page and click "Add Integration". Select the integration type (e.g., Telegram Bot Token), provide a label and paste your API key or bot token. Click "Test Connection" to verify it works, then click Save. Your integration will be active immediately.
How do I download my invoice? β–Ό
Navigate to the Invoices page. You will see a table of all your past invoices. Click the "PDF" button next to any invoice to download it as a PDF. You can also download the latest invoice directly from the Overview dashboard using the "Download Invoice" quick action.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan mid-cycle? β–Ό
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time from the Settings page. Upgrades take effect immediately and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Contact support if you need assistance with plan changes.
